What to include
Provide your order reference, checkout email and a clear description. Add relevant photos for damaged or incorrect goods. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Order changes
Request changes or cancellations before shipment. Contacting us does not itself cancel an order; we will confirm what is possible.
Returns and claims
