SHIPPING POLICY

Free worldwide shipping
Delivery charges are included on every calendar and bundle order. Optional shipping protection is a separate paid add-on.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 8–24 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier delays, destination and customs processing may affect timing. Arrival before Christmas or another particular date is not guaranteed.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your delivery details before paying. Email promptly for corrections or cancellation requests before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes generally cannot be made.
Delivery issues
For a suspected lost package, contact us after the expected delivery period with your order reference. Report damage, defects or incorrect goods within 48 hours of delivery and include photos where relevant. See the Returns policy for remedies and mandatory rights.
Customs and taxes
Free shipping covers delivery charges. Any applicable destination import charges and taxes are separate, subject to checkout information and local requirements.
